In consideration of Twitter`s access to and use of the Services, you agree that Twitter and its third-party and third-party partners may place advertisements on the Services or in connection with the display of content or information from the Services, whether transmitted by you or others. You also agree not to abuse our services, for example by interfering with or accessing them by a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. We also reserve the right to access, read, retain and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal procedures or administrative requests, (ii) to enforce the Terms, including investigations into possible violations of such agreements; (iii) detect fraud, security or technical problems; (iv) to respond to user access requests, or (v) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Twitter, its users, and the public.
