Clinical Supervision Agreement

CASA recommends that participants in clinical supervision use an employment agreement or contract to develop their surveillance experience. The purpose of labour agreements is to clarify objectives, expectations and responsibilities and to protect both monitoring and supervision in a limited relationship. Because clinical surveillance is an interpersonal process, its success owes much to the quality of the alliance between supervision and supervision. When a collaborative construction contract is established, the quality and effectiveness of the monitoring relationship will be improved with satisfaction in the results. Some organizations and workplaces write a written work agreement on clinical surveillance as a precondition for participation in clinical surveillance. The agreement is generally subject to periodic review, which is itself part of its contractual structure. The pros and cons of a clinical monitoring work agreement are briefly summarized.
